Zhang Hualing, female, is a member of the Communist Party of China and professor. She is member of the 8th, 9th and 10th CPPCC Xiangtan Committee; supervisor of moral construction group of Xiangtan Environmental Protection Bureau and of Xiangtan People's Procuratorate; guest professor of Hunan Socialist College; registered consultant in Hunan Province; expert for civil servant interview in Hunan; assessor for social science achievements in Hunan.
She is now member of the CPC HIE Committee; party secretary appointed of private university (teaching supervisor). She used to be the director of Publicity Division, Organization Division and Hunan Resources Division of HIE.
